About Alex Bryson Norman

Alex B. Norman is a trial lawyer representing individuals who have suffered brain and spinal cord injuries in car and commercial truck crashes. Driving a motor vehicle on the road is a privilege. When someone abuses that privilege, they have to be held to account for all of the harm that they cause.

Alex’s personal history inspires his passion for seeking full justice for the people. Born and raised in Berks County, Pennsylvania, he is a graduate of Temple University and Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. Following law school, Alex worked for insurance defense firms for more than a decade. He represented insurance companies, insurance policy holders, and Fortune 500 companies in personal injury cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He saw first hand how insurance companies treat injured people. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan he worked at a boutique trial litigation firm in Center City representing folks who suffered catastrophic injuries from reckless drivers, defective products, unsafe properties, and inadequate security.

In August 2024, Mr. Norman reached a Philadelphia County pre-trial settlement of $1,600,000.00 for a driver who crashed into a trash truck and suffered an aggravation of a pre-existing condition. In May of 2024, Mr. Norman recovered $800,000.00 for a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle and suffered a hip fracture in Bucks County. In January of 2024 Mr. Norman obtained a verdict of $929,438.00, believed to be the highest verdict ever for the Philadelphia office for a case against a driver insured by a non-commercial insurance policy. The client suffered an aggravation of a pre-existing condition after driving his tractor trailer into a sedan. In August of 2023, Mr. Norman recovered $500,000.00 for a driver in Middlesex County, NJ who crashed into a police vehicle and suffered a central nervous system injury. Mr. Norman has also secured hundreds of pre-trial policy limit recoveries.
