  Significant Representative Matters: Successfully defended an armored car security business following workplace shooting.
  Defense verdict in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in a property damage trial. Plaintiff claimed property damage to her home from an alleged clogged drain in the backyard of our client. Our discovery revealed that the Plaintiff was a community activist
  in various public forums she had blamed other causes for her property damage, including a different neighbor
  ongoing problems of flooding
  sinking homes due to improper dredging

  fill in her section of Philadelphia. The jury agreed that our client's alleged clogged drain was not a factual cause of the damage.
  Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a full service real estate investment company in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. The Plaintiff alleged a slip
  fall in a parking lot in Olde City. Our client owns a property adjacent to the lot
  because a No Parking Sign with the client's br
  ing was posted in the parking lot, the Plaintiff asserted a traceable ownership interest in the site of the incident. Despite an affidavit of non-involvement, the Plaintiff refused to execute a stipulation of dismissal. The court found our arguments compelling
  granted summary judgment.
  Defense verdict in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in a two week products liability trial. Plaintiff claimed that a design defect in a pneumatic tool caused a fastener to penetrate
  injure his eye. Plaintiff claimed both compensatory
  punitive damages. The jury found that the product was not defective
