Hired Attorney

I had a very disappointing experience with Jennifer Severn. I have a high conflict custody case against my abusive ex husband which has been dragged on for far too long. Unfortunately, when I was desperate to hire an attorney, Ms. Severn claimed to understand, know what to do, and offered to help. All she did was sabotage my case and when I asked questions - she avoided me. She kept pushing out hearings, only to waste precious time and money. Then out of no where demanded more money or she would not help me. She filed a protective order and turns out that I did not qualify for it. So much went wrong and I was forced to pick up the pieces and try to clean up her mess self-represented because she took all my money and refused to return it. I have worked in law for 15 years and never have I come across a heartless lawyer like her.

Hired Attorney

I had an awful experience with Jennifer Severn. I hired her for a high-conflict custody case involving my abusive ex, and she completely failed me. She avoided my questions, delayed hearings, and filed a protective order I didn’t even qualify for — which only made things worse and put my daughter’s safety at risk. Then, out of nowhere, she demanded more money and stopped helping me when I questioned her. I was left to pick up the pieces on my own after she drained my savings. I’ve worked in law for 15 years and have never encountered such unprofessional, careless, and heartless behavior from an attorney.
