Don represented a mutual client as they acquired an additional manufacturing location in northern Michigan. He was extremely helpful throughout the negotiation and closing process. Don was instrumental in maintaining momentum as the deal progressed, and communicated well with everyone involved. He clearly is a strong advocate for his clients as a result of his subject matter knowledge and effective approach at getting things done.

Don and his firm have represented me in three legal matters. The initial matters was a complex litigation with a successful outcome. Subsequently Don provide will and estate planning services and the third involved a challenge to a professional services contract also with a successful outcome. I'm glad he and his firm are on my team!

I retained Kelsey Michaud of Molosky and Company to represent me in my recent divorce case. I highly recommend her. She was thorough and prompt in preparing court documents and in communicating to opposing counsel as well as myself. She answered any questions/concerns that I had immediately and therefore helped me so much in understanding how the process worked and what would happen next.
