How much will my 32 settlement be with both of my neck and right shoulder?

The schedule award is based on a formula depending on the extent of your disability and your rate of pay, offset by payments that you have already received. So, it depends on what your average weekly wages were and how much you received already. Also, has the extent of disability been established, or is it still in contention? Your Doctor may say you've got a certain percentage of disability, but the Comp doc (surprise, surprise) says the percentage is less. If so, you will need a hearing for that.

Consult with a plaintiff's attorney who handles claims and other legal matters against restaurants and other food establishments for specific advice and direction. Perhaps, that attoney will check to see if the restaurant carried insurance which would covers your dental bill resulting specifically from the broken tooth.

For a medical malpractice case to be worth pursuing there must be substantial permanent injuries. These kinds of cases are expensive and labor intensive. Only a severe injury warrants the costs, commitment and risk of loss that an attorney must assume. You have a two and one half year statute of limitations. See how you do and if you think it's that bad then hire a lawyer and go for it.
