Can I sue friend for giving me bed bugs?

You can sue your friend, but it is questionable as to whether you can actually collect anything. DYFS may be immune from suit. Even if they are not, you probably would have to show that the "home check" has to include inspection for bed bugs.

How do I approach this incapable dentist and charge him for dental negligence?

Dental malpractice cases are always difficult to prove, as well as expensive and time consuming. You will have to be able to prove a failure to adhere to accepted practice, and resulting injury as well, and expert witness testimony is required for that reason. In order to be able to pursue the matter, the consequences would have to be severe enough to merit a substantial enough recovery to justify the time and expense.

What can I do if I was injured but was refused help?

It's not the issue of the band-aid, its the glass that injured you. A property owner or business proprietor can be held liable for known hazards that could foreseeably result in injury. In order to make a claim the injured party has to show either that the owner knew or should have known of the hazard, had an opportunity to correct it, and failed to take action or that the property owner created the hazard. But there is another possibility: some property liability insurance policies include a provision called a "medical payments provision". Although it is not required, this provision will pay medical expenses up to a certain amount, regardless of fault
