A driver said I scratch her car and a police report was made. What do I have to do?

Put your auto insurance on notice that a claim "might" be filed against you. Thereafter, you can wait & see if the other party sends you a repair estimate. If it's a ridiculous amount ,give it to your carrier & let them deal with it-that's why you have insurance.

How do I sue a restaurant if they gave me food I am allergic to?

David F. Stoddard
Answered by attorney David F. Stoddard (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at The David F. Stoddard Law Firm
You can sue. Since your injury will probably heal and your medical bills will be low, the case is not worth much money. I would suggest sending your medical bills to whoever is in charge of this claim at Taco Bell and demand that they pay the bill and ask for $500.00 to #1,000 for your pain and embarrassment . If they refuse to meet you demand, but offer some compensation, I would not be too greedy. However, if they will not make a satisfactory offer, you might sue in small claims coout.

Is there a penalty for my representation to quit my case?

Answered by attorney Jared Altman (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Law Office of Jared Altman
A lawyer can only exit a court case once he has appeared by court order, substitution by another attorney, revocation or suspension of his license to practice law, disability or death. If he just stops working for you and fails to show up in court that is an ethical lapse and he can be held accountable before the disciplinary authorities and be sued by you for any damages you sustain.
