Is it the school’s responsibility if my husband got into an accident inside the school during work hours?

Your husband is the predominant claimant as he was creamed by the motorist. You have a derivative claim for loss of consortium. Liability needs to be explored against the school district (though I don't yet see an hint of its liability), any employer/principal for whom the motorist may have been driving, her parents, the owner(s) of the motorist's car, the motorist's assets, and the public entity in charge of the roadway/vicinity. A public entity usually is off the hook if an administrative claim is not made within 6 months.

Do I have a case if I fell on a dental office and got injured?

Mark Joseph Leonardo
Answered by attorney Mark Joseph Leonardo (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Dordick Law Corporation
You didn't say why or how you fell. Was there some hazardous surface that should have been fixed, removed or where they should have placed a warning cone? Most property or business owners have insurance that contains a med-pay provision where they pay your medical expenses up to a certain amount, usually around $5,000, regardless of fault. So at the minimum make a claim for that.

What help should I get from a restaurant after an accident caused by a slippery step?

If the steps were for use by the public you would have a tort claim for premises liability against the owner/occupier of the building.
