Can I sue him for the vet bills if my neighbor’s dog attacked my dog in my yard last May?

Paul L. Whitfield

You will have to prove his dog was "vicious" that is that he attacks people or other animals if you can file a small claims action.

Do I have any legal rights if my neighbor’s children hit balls off my house almost daily?

Mark Joseph Leonardo
Answered by attorney Mark Joseph Leonardo (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Dordick Law Corporation
Obviously if they break a window or hit you, they are responsible for the damage. You can sue for either trespass or a nuisance. You should send a certified letter first requesting that they either take adequate precautions to prevent the balls from landing on your property or that you will obtain an injunction prohibiting them from such conduct.

Is there any action that we should take after my husband slipped and fell in FL?

Answered by attorney Angelo Marino (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Angelo "Tony" Marino, Jr., P.A.
Just because your husband slipped and fell does not in and of itself impose a duty on anyone. You and your husband will need to see a lawyer who handles these types of cases to determine if anyone is responsible for your husband's injuries.
