If I am the manager and I asked one of the salesman to pull the gate close and the gate fell on him, can he sue me personally?

No, he can't sue you personally. HIs sole remedy under Louisiana Worker's Comp would be against your/his employer, unless he could show gross negligence or an intentional act.

Can the missing surveillance videotape be considered destruction of evidence?

Answered by attorney Robert Andrew Michael Burns (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Law Office of Robert Burns
This is poorly thought out. You ignore the judge as if you could do a better job or even were trained to do so. Judging from you serious grammatical errors I doubt it. Spoliation of evidence may have occurred by you failed to give evidence or analysis establishing it. You show no evidence as to how the video would show your son was set up. Speak to your attorney. Your attorney is paid. We here are not.

Can I ask the insurance company of the car that hit mine to pay for damages?

You will need to locate the driver that hit the van. The van owner was not the cause of the damage to your vehicle so they will have no liability.
