Can I sue for getting jumped and assaulted at a bar?

Yes. But there is no insurance for a deliberate assault. So you might get a judgment you cant collect. Also, judges and juries don't care for bar fights. They figure you get about what you ask for in a bar fight. I believe I would let it go unless you have serious and permanent injuries

Take the suit papers to your company which had coverage at the time of the collision. Your agent can help you do that.

I don't think your damages justify initiation of a civil lawsuit. You would be better served to write a letter of complaint to the hospital and file a formal complaint with the medical disciplinary board.
