Can I sue a company if my child choked on a product?

Mark Joseph Leonardo
Answered by attorney Mark Joseph Leonardo (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Dordick Law Corporation
Contact a personal injury attorney and he or she can advise you. I presume there were no lasting effects of swallowing the plastic? If not the case still has some value and is worth pursuing.

Is there any legal course of action I can take against my chiropractor’s office for losing my medical records?

Thomas C. Bulman
Answered by attorney Thomas C. Bulman (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Bulman Law Associates PLLC
Usually chiropractor records are indecipherable so no loss. There is little if any value in old chiro records. Most judges don't believe in chiro so no loss if they are not there. If you are trying to prove disability, use a real doctor.

Am I in trouble if my sister told police falsely that I am psychotic?

If anything, she would be the one in trouble. But since you were not involuntarily hospitalized nor lose your job, everything's okay for now. Do everything you can to keep it that way: anger management, family mediation, taking a vacation from each other, whatever it will take to still the waters.
