I don't see there being a case here, and if there is, court costs and expert witness fees would make such a suit cost-prohibitive.

If you believe you are injured, and in fact are exacerbating your injuries, go back to the supervisor, safety coordinator, and the human resources department and ask to see a doctor as quickly as possible.
