What can I do about this legally if a hospital accidently cut off my daughter’s finger?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
Get a lawyer, immediately. Don't wait for the hospital's insurance company to be all nice about it, because it will never happen. You need investigation, records, witness statements, pre-suit filings, the works.

Can the driver that ran the red light sue me claiming that I ran the red light?

James Peirce Kelaher
Answered by attorney James Peirce Kelaher (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Kelaher Law Offices, P.A.
Certainly she can sue you, but that doesn't mean that she will win. Call your insurance company and make sure they are aware of the accident, and if you were injured in the accident, you will need to hire your own lawyer to assert a counterclaim as the lawyer who your insurance company provides for you will not do that on your behalf.....you'll have to have your own lawyer for that.

Can I sue for personal injury 6 years after a car accident?

Answered by attorney J. Todd Tenge
Personal Injury lawyer at Tenge Law Firm, LLC
If your children are under the age of 18, then absolutely you can bring a claim. Time limits for filing injury claims arising from an auto accident do not commence until the person reaches age 18. However, do not wait and get qualified injury help today.
