While one should never fire their attorney without trying to rectify the problem - You are under no obligation to stay with this attorney. You have a right to find a new lawyer who will communicate with you in a more professional manner.

You can't take it anywhere now. The case has been heard. You may be entitled to pain and suffering if the trier of fact that you deserved to be compensated for it. Obviously the judge in this case didn't think you deserved to be compensated for it. You lose.

Can I sue a company if I was injured on their premises?

Sure you can sue. If the facts are as you state them and you can prove it the question is how bad is your injury.
