How much should I ask for on my slip and fall personal injury case?

Joseph Isaac Lipsky
Answered by attorney Joseph Isaac Lipsky (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Personal Injury Law Offices of Joseph I. Lipsky
This a question you should address with your attorney, as no one other than your attorney knows all of the facts of your particular case. If you aren't confident in your attorney then you should get a second opinion.

Can my children file a law suit against my employer?

Answered by attorney J. Todd Tenge
Personal Injury lawyer at Tenge Law Firm, LLC
It is unclear from your question what exactly your children would be suing your employer for, and thus, I'll answer generally - no. The workers comp case is your case, not your children's case.

I waited 26 days to notify the premise owner of my fall are they still liable?

Answered by attorney David E. Frank
Personal Injury lawyer at Frank Law Group, P.C.
You must establish that the gym did something wrong or failed to do something they were required to do. Just because you slipped on the ice doesn't make the property owner or tenant liable. How were they negligent?
