Can I sue my neighbor after my dog was attacked by our neighbors? How?

Thomas C. Bulman
Answered by attorney Thomas C. Bulman (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Bulman Law Associates PLLC
Settle it for the replacement cost of the dog and move. Asking for 'anguish damages' will start a feud. A bad neighbor is bad. A mad neighbor is worse. Since your city apparently doesn't ban pit bulls, moving as soon as you can would be a good decision.

I fell in a shopping center parking lot and injured my shoulder and knee can someone help me be compensated for that?

You need medical bills showing treatment for the injury soon after it occurred.? Did you notify the shopping center right away?? And get the name and address of a responsible person there and send a letter, certified (return receipt requested), describing the incident?? Ask for reimbursement of your medical expense plus three times that expense for the "pain and suffering" part to settle the claim.

Can I sue a fast food place for injuries to my mouth after biting down on a piece of hard plastic in a burger?

You are certainly entitled to compensation. The restaurant was negligent in serving you food that can hurt you. You should have notified someone at the restaurant as soon as possible or in some way document what happened. You will bear the burden of proving what happened.
