Can I sue if vitamins made me sick?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
You would have to prove that it was the vitamins that made you sick and you would have to prove that there was some sort of defect e.g., an impurity. Even then, a passing sickness is rarely significant enough to warrant a personal injury claim. Try reporting it to the FDA, maybe this has happened before.

If you carried collision coverage, then your insurance will cover the cost of the rental, up to the policy limits. If not, then you are liable.

Can I sue McDonalds if my son broke his finger there in the play area?

Answered by attorney Britany Michelle Engelman
Personal Injury lawyer at Engelman Law, APC
You may certainly hold McDonald's accountable for premises liability. The normal statute of limitations for a personal injury is 2 years from the date of incident. If your son is a minor, he has an extended time to file his claim, however there are several exceptions, and you would be prudent to consult with an attorney.
