What can I do if my car has a broken frame but I still owe money on it?

James Peirce Kelaher
Answered by attorney James Peirce Kelaher (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Kelaher Law Offices, P.A.
You have to pay the loan. I would be willing to bet that the loan is a personal loan to you, with the car as collateral. The fact that the car's frame is "busted" doesn't extinguish the money you owe.
