What should I do if I fell on a wet/slippery spot on a restaurant floor?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
All property owners and business operators are responsible for keeping their property in reasonably safe condition. If the restaurant managment knew or should have known of the hazard and failed to take steps to correct it, even though they had time to do so, then it can be held legally liable for injuries that could foreseeably result. Of course, evidence for all of those factors will be required

What can I do and what will happen to me if I have filed a false report?

Answered by attorney Lori A. Beck
Personal Injury lawyer at Beck Law Office, LLC
You need to consult with an attorney so that they can do a background check for you. I am not sure what you plead to exactly, but if it was a deferred sentence, an attorney can help you seal the record.

Can I be sued in civil court if she was driver and the sole owner of the vehicle involved in the accident?

Answered by attorney J. Todd Tenge
Personal Injury lawyer at Tenge Law Firm, LLC
You won't likely be sued for the accident, however, your insurance rates will probably increase if she is on the same policy.
