Is it legal for my company to charge me for causing damage to their vehicle a few months ago?

Yes, your company can charge you for causing damage to their vehicle. As for your friend, if he caused damage to your company's vehicle, it sounds like his employer paid for the damage to your company's vehicle and are now recouping that from your friend. The answer is still yes.

What amount can I ask for if I am temporarily completely disabled and have pending therapy and/or surgery for a torn right rotator cuff?

You are entitled to 2/3 of average weekly earnings (up to a certain limit. .. around a $1,000 per week now) while treating and recuperating from an industrial injury. The maximum amount of these benefits, called Temporary Disability benefits, is 2 years. If the Workers' Compensation insurance will not provide you benefits (because they delay the claim to investigate or outright deny the claim), you can still get State Disability for up to 1 year which pays approximately the same amount as WC would pay.

How can I find my account or anything?

Paul L. Whitfield

Why don't you contact the lawyer who handled the case. you can also go to the courthouse and see the court file. If money is being held for you in court you can ask the clerk of court about that
