You need to take your evidence to a lawyer who handles bank fraud cases, having it reviewed and see if he or she believes you have a winnable case.

Can I get charged towing and holding fees if car title is not in my name?

David F. Stoddard
Answered by attorney David F. Stoddard (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at The David F. Stoddard Law Firm
They probably cannot make you pay the towing bill since you did not drive the car, or give permission for it to be driven. However, if you want the car back, you would have to pay the bill. I think who has title has less to do with it than the fact that the driver did not have permission.
