Unless you have a contract, or a detailed hospital policy under which you were hired, or possibly a state-run facility, you can be fired for any reason or no reason.

You have not explained why you think he should be responsible. Okay, a tooth broke. You don't link that to anything the orthodonist did or failed to do. Okay, so he should have told you about the co-mingled roots. He should have had (or not lost) the first set of x-rays. None of that ties in to the broken tooth.

Do you seriously think that this website place to get valid advice on a transaction of this nature? We give general advice regarding operative legal principles. Since it does not appear that you know what you are doing, you need a business adviser. You also need an attorney to advise you as to contractual aspects. This is a business, don't think that you can get a freebie.
