What advice would you give to teens engaging in or the recipient of bullying at school?

This is a very delicate area, since bullying can escalate and cause even more violence at a school. The teen who is being bullied needs the assistance of his or her parents in contacting the school to put the school on formal notice that this is occurring. The school must take affirmative steps to prevent this from occurring, and protecting the safety of all students. If bullying keeps on, and a child's life or safety is in danger, I would even remove my child from that school if necessary. You may have to hire an attorney to file a claim against the school district and threaten suit, if the school does not take affirmative steps to stop this from occurring.

Yes there is no illegal activity. Hopefully your boyfriend will tell the truth. A rear end collision is almost always the fault of the person that rear end someone.

Generally the statute of limitations is three years, but there are exceptions to every rule. Get an attorney and allow him or her to advise you.
