Can I sue for being sexually assaulted?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
I think you can sue for more than that. I've never heard of a "felony free community", but if the apartment complex advertises itself as such, and residents complained about this individual, and yet they did not make him leave, I'd say that they are in violation of their own standard, which makes them liable not only for medical expenses, but physical pain and mental distress as well. You need an experienced personal injury lawyer in your area. Interview several and see who you are most comfortable with and confident in.

Why do some attorneys send their representatives to court instead of going themselves?

Paul L. Whitfield
Answered by attorney Paul L. Whitfield (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Paul Whitfield and Associates P.A.
You don't like your lawyer. you don't trust your lawyer. Why don't you just walk on down the street and find another one instead of writing ugly things about the one you don't trust. You may not have much of a case. If you had a good case he would likely spend more time with it and you. If you have a problem with your lawyer, tell him or write him a civil note without calling him ugly names and tell him you need an answer from him not his associate.

Was the restaurant negligent?

They possibly both have claims. They need to speak with a personal injury attorney ASAP as preservation of evidence could be a big issue.
