Is it considered false advertisement if what I got was an alternative diploma instead of a high school diploma that they advertised?

I would say it depends on what disclaimers were posted or provided you by the facility which provided you the diploma. If you contact an attorney's office in your area and have all the information you were provided by the facility, that attorney might be able to form a better opinion on the matter.

Does the loser in a personal injury case always have to pay for both sides?

Answered by attorney J. Michael End
Personal Injury lawyer at End, Hierseman & Crain LLC
The loser must pay the taxable costs, which include a set amount for the attorney fee of the winning side, deposition costs, photocopy costs, subpoena fees, etc. The taxable costs are usually not a huge sum of money. The winning side may waive its right to obtain a judgment for taxable costs, in order to avoid an appeal, for example.

What do I do if asked to move out in seven days from a room I have been renting in a private home?

Answered by attorney James T Weiner (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at James T. Weiner, P.C.
If you are not behind in your rent she must give you a notice period equal to the term of your lease 30 days if month to month, 7 days if weekly. If you have damages, counter sue when she files to evict you.
