Should I contact an attorney or just deal with the dentist insurance company?

Pejman Josef Javaheri
Answered by attorney Pejman Josef Javaheri (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at MI ABOGADO
The prudent course of action would be to contact a personal injury law office and they would be able to make a determination based on the facts, if Subway was at fault for your dental injury. If so, then you may be able to bring a claim on a contingency basis which means that the firm would not charge you a fee unless they secure you a settlement. Please click on the "Contact Me" button if you need more specific information and would like a free legal consultation.

Should I hire an attorney for a sexual harassment of a minor?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
I am very sorry for your situation, and would advise that you might wish to confer with an attorney about the situation and any potential remedies. They certainly do not believe that, under the circumstances you have portrayed, your daughter should have been fired. On the other hand, it does appear that the employer did seek to take proper action once they became aware of the situation.

What happens in a lawsuit when the at fault party has passed ?

Answered by attorney Jonathan Neal Jilek
Personal Injury lawyer at Koning & Jilek P.C.
You should contact an experienced personal injury lawyer. If you are injured you may need to file a claim against the estate of the deceased at fault driver. There is a three year statute of limitations on third party automobile cases.
