Do I have the right to a second opinion once I've seen the insurance company Doctor?

Matthew Bruce Lewis
Answered by attorney Matthew Bruce Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Matt Lewis Law, P.C.
You are going to need to get your case to a benefit review conference because of the insurance company doctor saying you have no restrictions.  Your treating doctor should be able to address your work status, and can also refer you out for a second opinion if that is what you want.  If they have cut off your benefits, you need to discuss the situation with a workers' comp attorney immediately.

Am I liable for the personal injury?

Thomas C. Bulman
Answered by attorney Thomas C. Bulman (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Bulman Law Associates PLLC
If you sold the horse as "gentle" when you knew otherwise, then the buyer has a case for medical damages and refund of the downpayment. Otherwise, caveat emptor, she is responsible for finishing payments for the purchase and her own medical expenses. Horses are not very smart and seem to injure themselves and people quite often. They are dangerous pets.

How do I sue the bank for committing fraud?

Paul L. Whitfield
Answered by attorney Paul L. Whitfield (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Paul Whitfield and Associates P.A.
Get you a good lawyer, convince him with the proofs you say you have. If there is substantial money involved he should be interested, if there is only a small amount of money and this is mostly principle you may have to go it on your own.
