Can I sue a restaurant for serving food which caused me to chip a tooth?

Answered by attorney Joel P. Williams
Personal Injury lawyer at Morgan Morgan
It is possible you may have a claim, but more information is needed. Most importantly, what are the extent of your injuries? If it is just a small/negligible chip of a tooth, its probably not worth pursuing. If it is something that caused more damage, or something that required medical/dental treatment, then it may be worth looking into further. I would reach out to a local personal injury attorney and give them as much information as possible so that they can evaluate further. Almost all with both consult and represent you at no cost to you unles they recover on your behalf. You can get attorney's contact information my clicking their profiles on this site. Good luck.

How can I sue a man who pulled out in front of me?

Answered by attorney Gregory M Janks (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Gregory M. Janks, P.C.
In Michigan your insurance company pays for your vehicle damage and your No Fault Benefits (wage loss, medical expenses and replacement services). You may make a claim/sue the other driver and owner for your pain & suffering. If they don't have valid insurance, you make an Uninsured Motorist claim against your own coverage.
