Do I have the right to refuse to bring my husband home with the use of a POA?

David F. Stoddard
Answered by attorney David F. Stoddard (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at The David F. Stoddard Law Firm
It depends on the circumstances. If the nursing home is refusing to keep him, either because of non-payment, or because he is competent and he is refusing to stay, then you must bring him home, or if it is for non-payment, you may have to find another place for him. If he is asking you to bring him home, and he is incompetent, then you can refuse.

Is it legal for the police to question my 9 year old with out me present?

Answered by attorney Mark T. Peters (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Peters Law, PLLC
In this case, yes. You obviously are divided in your loyalties if you are willing to stick up for a man that may be abusing your child. I am fairly confident that there was a person there whose responsibility was to watch out for your son's interest.

Can I sue for being injured at my internship?

Paul L. Whitfield
Answered by attorney Paul L. Whitfield (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Paul Whitfield and Associates P.A.
You can always sue for negligence if you can prove it. not quite sure what "intern" means. If it means you are an employee you may have a worker comp claim. Not clear to me. why don't you see a lawyer and give him ALL DETAILS.
