Is there a possible law suit if I found a dead roach in my salad from restaurant?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
What should you do: Forget it. Is there a possible law suit: no. Here's why: 1) Being grossed out does not constitute an injury. 2) Even including the vomiting and the emotional distress, there are not enough "damages" to make it worth the time and effort involved, including yours. 3) I have no reason to doubt anything you have said, but Olive Garden does, and I would not put it past their insurance carrier to claim that you set this all up (there are people who would do this sort of thing) and how would you prove otherwise?

Is there any way we can ask the court to disperse the money before age 18?

Your daughter is not seeking to buy an home. You are seeking to buy an home with your daughter making a contribution. The Court should resist your request unless, maybe, the Court finds that you are offering a great investment opportunity to your daughter.

What can I do if I was injured while working at my fiance's father's shop?

Patrick E. Donovan
Answered by attorney Patrick E. Donovan (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Law Office of Patrick E. Donovan, PLLC
If you are an employee of the company, you are entitled to worker's comp which should pay for your treatment. If you were not employed, you could sue the company for negligence. Talk to an attorney about your case. Competent counsel will need more information to determine the viability of any claims.
