If he said I was threaten on him am I get in any trouble or he is the one who will get in trouble from harassment and kiss all over my body?

Richard B. Jacobson

There is a lot of detail in your question, but it is not entirely clear. I think you would want to seek an Injunction based on his harassment of you. The clerk of court in your county may have forms for you to fill out, but be ready to make a statement that is clear and lucid and briefly states what repeated things he has done to stalk or otherwise bother you which have no legitimate reason. Good Luck

How much should I ask for a personal injury case for a broken foot?

You shouldn't ask for anything. You should retain an experienced personal injury attorney like myself to handle this for you. One of the reasons is that the insurance industry's own statistics, not mine, indicate that the value of any claim more than doubles if an attorney handles it. Another reason is that you may unwittingly make certain statements during informal negotiations or conversations with an adjuster, which can in fact damage your case when they are later used against you as admissions. Your attorney can have informal discussions with the insurance company and as a matter of public policy all such statements are inadmissible later. Another of many reasons is that you may or may not be able to calculate or document residual symptoms, permanent impairment, length and extent of disability or other elements of damage. When you sign a release, this is a full and final termination of the claim and if you have not included all of the elements, it will be too late to go back later when you realize the settlement was not enough or did not include things you didn't realize. There's more, but this gives a general idea. I do wish you the best and hope you will allow an attorney to push your case to the max.

Yes, it sounds like you filed a false police report. Come clean immediately. It will be better that way.
