Should I sue if my son had a concussion at school?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
You don't indicate that the school caused the concussion or that they acted inappropriately once it happened. Okay, maybe they should have called you or the mom, but would that have made any difference?

Can I sue the apartment complex for a personal injury that happened for an unsafe environment on their place?

Answered by attorney Mark T. Peters (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Peters Law, PLLC
You can always sue, but I suggest talking with a local personal injury attorney. If the injuries are minor or the unsafe environment was not the apartment owners fault, you may not have a viable case. The attorney will help you figure those things out.

How can I prove my dentist caused damages while working on me?

Paul L. Whitfield
Answered by attorney Paul L. Whitfield (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Paul Whitfield and Associates P.A.
If the piece broke off inside your jaw the xray should show it. I do not think a piece of metal can move around the body If you have doubts, have another xray done. Equipment breaks often. That is not necessarily negligence.
