What should I do if an endo were treating a tooth over and over?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
Dental/medical malpractice cases are always difficult to prove, as well as expensive and time consuming. Root canals necessarily include a possibility of complications, so it is possible that some of the consequences were unavoidable. As for the repeated procedures on the wrong tooth, there may be a failure to adhere to accepted practice, but in order to be able to pursue it, the consequences would have to be severe enough to merit recovery.

What can I do if I was injured at work back in 2011 and had a head surgery?

You should've been covered, your medical expenses and wage loss, to the extent that the law allows, under workers' compensation. If you have not been, see an attorney. If they offer you a settlement, see an attorney.

What recourse can I do if you are dissatisfied with the results of a previous personal injury lawsuit?

Depends what you mean by "results". If you signed settlement papers, then probably nothing. If there was a court action, such as a dismissal or a verdict, then there could be a possiblity of appeal. But, the time limits for filing appeal papers are very short, so you'd need to find out and act on that quickly.
