What are my options after a motorcycle accident when we cannot pay the bills anymore?

If there was another party involved that was at fault perhaps something can be done about that. If it was a single vehicle wreck without another party at fault, under the fault system we have in the US and in Georgia options are limited. that said, even if your husband did not pay into the SSA system he would still qualify for SSI and Medicaid. If you call me I'll explain how to apply at no charge.

Can I file a lawsuit if I had my head split open about a year ago while working at my previous employer?

Even though your work-related injury happened about a year ago, you may still have pending workers' compensation benefits due to you in the form of medical care and possibly even benefit payments. There are many factors that affect your rights and obligations relative to your work-related injury. If you are interested in protecting your rights and pursuing appropriate remedies, you should consult with an experienced workers' compensation attorney.

What should we do if my daughter was in a rear-end collision?

From the information provided, it sounds like your daughter should have a viable case and it should not be difficult getting an injury attorney to take her case on a contingency basis (i.e. she would not pay any attorney fees until the case is settled). Liability appears to be clear and it sounds like her injuries are significant enough to meet the tort threshold in Hawaii of $5,000 in medical bill payments by her No-Fault insurance. I would recommend that she contact a personal injury lawyer in Hawaii who will be able to take care of everything with the insurance companies so that she can simply focus on her treatment for her injuries.
