What can she do if after presenting the 10,000 chocolate bar wrappers for the Mediterranean cruise that the company offered, she got a refusal?

Some more detail here would be helpful. But a unilateral offer for a prize can be accepted by the performance demanded. If the amount is correct (the # of wrappers), and was timely submitted, the prize should be awarded.

Can I change my mind on an offer for compensation on my 7 year injury?

Yes. You need to let the attorney know asap that you have changed your mind. If the attorney has signed a settlement agreement with the opposing counsel you could have trouble on a potential breach of contract claim. However, you case isn't fully settled until you sign a release of liability and the Court signs an order dismissing the suit.

Can I collect for the days I missed work? How?

If the accident occurred in Michigan, then you would have to obtain your wage losses from the No-Fault insurance company of highest priority (which is usually your own insurance carrier). You could only sue the at-fault party for wage losses over a particular amount, and only if you prove all of the elements of a auto negligence case. Make sure you act quickly and immediately submit your claim for No-Fault benefits to the appropriate insurer, as there are very strict and short deadlines for doing so.
