When should I sue in my auto accident case?

Paul L. Whitfield
Answered by attorney Paul L. Whitfield (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Paul Whitfield and Associates P.A.
If the liability is clear cut sue them for all your damages, including the diminished value of the vehicle and the loss of business use. Business use (loss of) is an element of damage in North Carolina. Make sure your damages are real and based on a track record. NC wont let you speculate about such things.

If I fall in Walmart and hurt my foot bit didn't break it do I have a case

Answered by attorney Diana L. Anderson
Personal Injury lawyer at Diana L. Anderson
you need to have damages in order to seek compensation.  Did you loose time at work because of the injury?  Did you have unreimbursed medical expenses because of the injury?  Did you trip and fall on something or slip on something?  If you did not have any damages, for example medical expenses or lost time at work, you will not have a viable claim against Walmart.
