I found a chunk of wood in my food a McDonald's what should I do?

Answered by attorney Malosack Berjis-Myers (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Law Office of Malosack Berjis
Unless you suffered some sort of an injury (or, damages)for example, you choked on the chunk of wood and had to be taken to the hospitalyou do not really have enough to take any kind of legal action (if that is what you meant by "what should I do"). And, in the event that you were not, in fact, harmed by the wood in anyway, you should definitely bring it to the attention of the manager at the particular McDonald's you dined at.

Vehilce & Traffic Law 388 provides that the owner of a vehicle is vicariously liable for the tortious acts of a permissive user. On the other hand, you can defend on the basis that she obtained the vehicle by fraud, and so you did not actually give permission.

What are my best options if my son was injured in a PE class?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Mark T. Peters (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Peters Law, PLLC
First, it was PE and your son was participating. Believe it or not, accidents happened. Could it have been prevented? Yes, if they sat around crocheting. Second, did the lack of care contribute to the injury? Probably not, since it sounds like the injury occurred during PE. And since your son was looking at the Coast Guard Academy, I imagine that your son played (plays) sports. Would your question be any different if it happened during a football or hockey game? All you can really do is complain to the school board.
