Can I go back to employer with a carpal tunnel claim after 9 years of retirement?

Paul L. Whitfield
Answered by attorney Paul L. Whitfield (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Paul Whitfield and Associates P.A.
Not likely you will find a doctor who will link carpal tunnel problems after 9 years The possibility of future medicals should have been resolved at the time of settlement and I suspect the language of the agreement or order did just that. you ought to review it. you are not covered for life just because you were hurt on the job. That ain't part of the deal from the git go.

Can I sue for swallowing glass in a restaurant?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
I assume you are saying that the glass was in the food and you did not know it at the time. Then how did you determine that you swallowed glass? Where is the glass now? You can get compensated for your medical expenses and your injuries, but you have to prove what happened to you. See a lawyer.

There is nothing you can do. The Statute of Limitations in California is two (2) years from the date of the incident.
