If the CT scan didn't show any infection in the mouth then how did the dental x-ray show infection and cause her to lose these teeth?

Tried to answer this yesterday. instead of guessing, why don't you get the entire dental file about this issue and have it reviewed by a dentist you trust, then ask him. this is a dental issue right now not legal. you don't get to a successful malpractice case by guessing at it and hiring a lawyer to guess at it as well. you need an expert opinion first off.

Retirement by itself should not completely preclude WC settlement in most circumstances but would need to know more details of who employer is and terms of retirement.

Way too low for general / pain suffering damages. I had a case like this but the medical bills were only about 6K. Allstate low - balled us. We filed suit. The Arb Award was 22K inclusive of the med bills. Get a lawyer today.
