Mr Wombacher’s attention to detail was particularly crucial to winning my case in front of the Administrative Law Judge. He brought up a few critical details that I would never have thought of on my own. I am so grateful for his help and I made the right decision to contact him when I first decided to apply for benefits. If you are considering filing a claim I encourage you to contact his office. He will take a look at you case and let you know his thought up front and walk you through the process. Thank you William Wombacher!
Mr Wombacher was referred to me by a neighbor as a good Estate Planning Attorney. While our Estate Planning was not difficult, my wife and I had decided to make changes and we wanted our plan to be done as we directed. Mr Wombacher met our goals, in a very professional, knowledgeable manner. Should we have need for his services in the future we intend to give him a call.
Attorney Wombacher and his staff ran like a well oiled machine. They were always available for any questions. Mr Wombacher won my case for me and I appreciate all he has done for me. If your in need for an attorney I highly recommend the firm. I just can't thank them enough. He and his staff are wonderful
Mr. Wombacher did a terrific job for me on my ssdi application. He would always let me know what to expect next. He would always return my calls within a day. I never felt he was in a hurry to get off the phone while talking to me. He answered my questions thoroughly so that i would understand.
I utilized his services to get social security disability benefits for my adult mentally handicapped son. I wanted to get that going in that I'm a widower with guardianship of him. His sister is co-guardian in case something happens to me. He was adjudged disabled. Just awaiting some final paperwork to come. I didn't want to put this on my daughter's shoulders and wanted to get it out of the way now.
After being denied 2 times by social security disability, I was confused and a bit scared about what to do and where to go next. The whole ordeal is quite aggravating. Once I found Mr. Wombacher, my concerns were greatly reduced. He was very specific and spoke to me as a person, not another lawyer using terms you don't understand. They took care of everything, pages upon pages of information from multiple doctors, physical therapists and so on. He and his team put everything together and when the time comes for your hearing with SS, he is right there with you to make sure you get what he said he would get for you. Its not an easy process and it will take far longer than I thought it should but if you need professional help with your disability case, this is the legal team you want on your side. I cannot thank them enough.
