Hired Attorney

I spoke to two other lawyers, he seemed to explain things better, and was willing to do more than the other two.

Hired Attorney

He does not return calls or reply to email in timely manner. Also, does not take charge of what needs to be done-seems to wait for suggestion/ or push by client. Allows case to drag on & on leaving several motions hanging even though filed for several months-never addressed or mentioned at hearings. Finally, I decided the case was going nowhere & very little accomplished in 2+ years. Terminated McGill's services & wish I would have done it much sooner.
