Unethical attorney withheld information pertaining to my case upon an agreement of payment and then he was paid and still withheld information for a week along with sending rude emails regarding my knowledge of the legal system.
I wrote a letter to the Illinois Bar Association in Peoria IL (2006-2007) relating the unsatisfactory experience I had after hiring Michael Fleming as my attorney. I have since dissolved the client/attorney relationship. There are still unresolved issues concerning him and a breach of client confidentiality that has not been resolved to date.
