He was not prepared in court. He did not represent me well in sale of a house. Of the $25,000 I was due to get I received less than $14,000. He also allowed my brother-in-law to hold my payment in escrow for many months knowing that I needed the money for hospital bills.
My mother used Mr. Fuller in her will. I was the executor. It was a very simple process. My mom passed away in 2015. Not knowing much on how the courts work with issues in this manner, he was very rude. He expected me to know how the courts worked. He never explained anything whatsoever, billed me for other family members calling him for questions. He even lied to my family over a document. He is very unprofessional. Please do not hire him. The sad thing is I went to high school with his children. They were all very sweet. It was very sad to me that someone would treat another human being the way he treated me during the passing of my mother. He had no sympathy at all. Like I said, please do not hire him. He was more concerned with money than anything.
