I hired Scott in 2015, to handle an appeal to my long term disability claim when the insurance company terminated my claim. I had tried to handle the appeal on my own but was unsuccessful. Scott was able to explain what I needed to do, what the process would involve and what I could expect. Scott won my case and my LTD claim was reinstated by the insurance company. Scott still handles my claim and he deals with the insurance company. Everyone I have dealt with at Scott’s office is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Scott is a lifesaver and if you need an ERISA disability attorney, I highly recommend him.
