Katherine Kraus is the Owner and Managing Attorney of her firm, focusing on family law matters. She represents clients in cases involving divorce and legal separation, including same-sex couples and matters concerning minor children. Her practice also includes legal decision-making and parenting time issues, child support, spousal maintenance, third-party rights and visitation, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Additionally, she assists clients with orders of protection, injunctions against harassment, and name changes. Ms. Kraus was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2011 after earning her Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice and Social Inquiry from Arizona State University. Committed to serving the community, she actively participates in pro bono work, volunteering with the Family Law Assistance Project, Volunteer Lawyers Program, Arizona Stand Down for Veterans, and Law Day Legal Clinic. She is a member of the Arizona State Bar, the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Family Law Section, the Family Law Section of the Arizona State Bar, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
