While simultaneously pursuing his J.D., he attended Jacksonville University, where he received his MBA. As he pursued his duel degrees, Mr. Magaha worked as a law clerk at the Davis Law Firm, where he obtained invaluable practical experience regarding civil litigation in areas of law involving insurance coverage, consumer protection and complex business litigation.

Hired Attorney Zachary Taylor Magaha

Certainly, there are other attorneys who make it their practice to specialize in the same field of law as Zach. However, in my humble estimation, there are few who would be his equal and even fewer who could exceed his performance. Throughout the will/probate/real estate process, Zach expertly fielded questions, provided rock-solid advice, and was extraordinarily communicative. Not once did I wait for more than one business day for a response to a question. More often than not, if Zach didn't personally answer the phone right away, he returned a call within an hour or so. Ask yourself, how many lawyers do that? Moreover, Zach performed all of this with outstanding good grace, an impeccable demeanor, and genuine kindness. Without reservation, I most strongly recommend Zach Magaha for any legal needs within his specialty. I would certainly retain his services for any future needs.

Hiring an out of state attorney can be overwhelming. Attorney Zachary T Magaha put me at ease the very first time we spoke on the phone. He was easy to talk to and listened to everything I had to say. He was very straightforward and explained things in ways that I would understand. He was very professional and kept me informed along the way. Everything was completed in a very timely manner even having to deal with all the COVID restrictions going on. I would highly recommend him! Money well spent!
