I felt he did the best he could do, we were suing a Pharmaceutical Co. for my son's death. He took the Generic Accutane (Clarivis). The Supreme Court ruled generic drug companies cannot be sued. We are now at the end of law suit and the company is offering a small amount of cash to all defendants that took the generic drug. My son is the only one who died. He had just turned 24 years old. Passed away 9/15/2010.
