The case went very well and the firm was there to guide me and answer all of my questions right up to the end and even after the case to make sure I was satisfied and received my judgement papers. I would use Mr Fisher again if the need arises.
Not being located in Florida I had concerns about find a responsive and diligent attorney to get an uncontested divorce pushed through. I had a short consultation with Mr. Fisher, agreed on a price, and then his team took over. Shauna was always very responsive to my questions and concerns and communication across the board was awesome. Start to finish I think they had this resolved in 6-8 weeks. Highly recommend.
Mr. Fisher has represented me for years. My case moved from Texas, Louisiana and Florida. My daughter died in 2014 at thirty-four years old leaving a three year old son. I was seeking grandparent visitation rights which through Mr. Fisher, I learned that the State of Florida had no such rights. Mr. Fisher took my case under these circumstances. He negotiated my case and my husband and I received limited visitations. To be perfectly honest, I felt that Mr. Fisher did not like me, he had a totally different approach than my Attorney in Louisiana. After reading the reviews, I realize his approach is professional and strategic not so much compassionate at least toward me. Since I am not looking for compassion but I am looking for excellence, honesty and fairness for the financial compensation. Mr. Fisher recently opened the case and we are now in negotiations again. I pray the Lord will help me to get justice.
Mr Fisher and staff were extremely responsive and helpful. They promptly answered questions and made my stressful situation easy. They followed through when they said they would and showed compassion along the way.
Mr. Fisher is a phenomenal attorney. I have been battling with my ex-husband for YEARS in regards to custody of my two boys, and the previous attorneys I have hired did little to nothing to help our situation. My ex-husband informed me he was intending on relocating due to military orders, and he was going to try to take our two boys with him. I called Mr. Fisher and not only did he lend a sympathetic ear, but he hit the ground running with our case. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, disciplined, and strategic. Where the opposing party's attorney was focused on trying to be aggressive and attack me and my position, Mr. Fisher was calm and collected, caught every little detail and focused on what was in the best interest of the children. Needless to say, we won our case (pretty flawlessly, as there was nothing in favor of the father) and my children are (happily) staying here with me. It is clear that Mr. Fisher and his team care about family and what's best for the kids.
I thank the Lord for leading me to Brad Fisher, because I had other Attorneys from the past that took advantage of me, but not Brad Fisher and his wonderful staff.
