He's been on my case for a year. I've unsuccessfully been able to communicate with him or the paralegal I'm completely frustrated. I was told by the paralegal 3 weeks ago on a Friday that she would talk to Scott and get back to me Monday. Well in 2 days it will be 4 weeks since I've heard from them . Last conversation we had she told me that the adjuster had passed the deadline and was gonna talk to Mr.Stone about what he wanted to do next and get back to me that was a month ago. I've left messages for both of them on their voice mail with no return call.
I had a slip and fall with a broken bone that required extensive and very painful surgery. I completed a form online a few months before the statute of limitations for the fall was reached.
