Hired Attorney

Robert successfully won two separate corporate legal matters for my company. I sit here today in a well funded retirement because Robert and Beggs and Lane are a highly effective team. The matter with the USAF was won because of Robert’s smart use of the Begg’s deep bench and a very thoughtful process the lead the USAF to realize they had things incorrect. In the 2nd matter, Robert helped me navigate the complex process of selling my business to a Billionaire with no fewer than 6 law firms to address different due diligence categories and sale agreement. Believe me it is better to have one attorney to lead the effort than multiple firms who don’t share info or openly compete for their clients favor. Finally, what impressed me most is that Robert openly appreciated I did not have endless bags of money - he always suggested multiple options that addressed cost, schedule and performance.
